Dresser for a nursery

Remember the beautiful bookshelf I showed you a few weeks ago?

Here's a sneak peak of what the matching dresser looks like!

But is started out like this!

Of course I had to paint it with the same ASCP in Duck Egg that I used for the bookshelf.

But what gave me the hardest time was the pulls. They were an awkward size and I couldn't find anything to fit.

Amy sent me a picture of a dresser that she loved that had the same antique style pulls, but they were painted.

So I took the pulls off, used Krylon's Dual Duel, paint plus primer, in white.

This is the finished product!

Don't you think this will look so cute together in a nursery?
(forgive me for not staging the pieces, but life's been crazy with the kitchen renovation!)

I love the starkness of the white pulls against the Duck Egg.
I'll leave you with a Before Meets After....

Are you up to anything fun this weekend? We'll be working on our kitchen island *squeal*
