When deciding which house project to tackle next, I always want to chose "fun" ones. You know the ones that make your house pretty and not the maintenance type projects??
I stumbled upon this article at Houselogic about the 7 best remodeling projects for your money. I have to say I was quite surprised. A lot of the projects had to do with the exterior of your home.
Ours needs some help in that area.
The kitchen was only #4 on the list. Glad we got that project out of the way...well almost besides a few appliances!
#2 on the list was something I've been wanting to do and is another exterior fix. Your front door is the first thing people see when they get up to your house.
You know about mine and it's privacy issues!
But is it weird that I would LOVE something like this for our front door. Not much different eh?
I think that might have to happen since it's house update #2 that's worth the money!

I think the outside of your home is beautiful. My husband and I stumbled upon this article not too long ago. He is currently remodeling our three bathrooms and already gutted my kitchen! I LOVE IT:) But, I can't wait to build our dream home in the future so hopefully all of the renovations we are making now will pay off when we go to sale our home.
